A: I think this cable goes up to 65W. I know it withstands at least 30W since I'm using it to charge my Macbook.

We apologize for the issue you are experiencing and have a few suggestions that may help: First have you tired a differnt charger or USB-C port on a PC to test Second, altho USB-C plugs are reversible have you tried flipping the cable over and plug back in, sometimes this can make a better connection. I wasn't sure if it was my outlet, my fast charger plug or this cord. It wouldn't really charge or do it super slow and charging would randomly stop and then cut back on. There was no twisted cables, frayed cords. Very odd. Going to see how well the lifetime warranty works.

Very poor quality. After having it for a couple days, it would always glitch when charging my son’s device. Then today, as I was unplugging the cord from my device, the end of the usb c cord separated from the cord and was stuck in my device. Definitely do not recommend purchasing.

Stopped working after 4 weeks. I tried to ask for a replacement and they wanted it back. Of course I didn’t have the original package so I just sent the cord. I will receive the replacement once they receive the one I mailed. Just afraid that it will stop working soon too.

I've gone through 3 of these in a month. It breaks after two weeks of use, and then I exchange it. The company says that they offer a lifetime warranty but they want you ta pay them $8 to replace it. No one at their company answers the phones, or recponds to their contact email. COMPLETE JUNK!
