Each journal contains 70 sheets(140 pages) which are easy to follow, and the small size fits in my purse to use when dining out. The front cover is thick and sturdy. Each page includes a space for 3 meals, snacks, and daily water intake. Each order includes 12 journals, which amounts to many days of food tracking. For those needing to shed some weight, this is a great tool to accomplish your goal. Recommend!
