I absolutely love this 🥰🥰 I’m impressed by how sturdy it is and how much weight it holds. My two boys are both about to be one year old for reference. It was really easy to set up and I even moved it once and it still has stuck really well. I sprinkled some catnip on it to get them to explore it. And obviously there’s enough room for them to comfortably stretch out a bit. I like the hole in the top, too, so they can safely crawl up and down.

I bought this a few weeks ago for my two kitties and it was so easy to install. At first they were a little nervous. I placed them on it and gave them each treats. The very next day they took to it like like they'd always used it and are loving it. They particularly like the privacy when I pull the blind over it while they're in it. It's handy at night when it folds nicely into the window so I can pull the blinds down. It makes a creaking sound when they move on it, but so far so good. They love it!! It's like another toy for them.

It is impossible to hang the hammock. No matter what I do it does not stay attached to the window. My partner can't do it either. I can't recommend It At the end of the day I have a cat hammock that I can't use and spend a lot of money for nothing.

As with any suction cups, they WILL NOT hold weight for any length of time -- avoid this product. Avoid injury to your pet, please. Try another method to secure the kitty sill (nylon ropes, straps, light chain, etc.) ditch the suction cups -- we consumers are not that stupid !

Easy set up. Reaper and Milkshake absolutely love it. Thanks for selling such a great product for our cats; especially with winter coming.

Bought this a while ago on Chewy for my rescue babies and they LOVE it but recently the top suction cups stopped worked and not Matter what I do it will NOT stick. Then today, while reattaching the top suction cup, the one snapped apart completely. Very sad it didn’t last, and so are my fur babies. Two stars because they love it, but not worth the price.

My cat Pandora absolutely adore this double window rest as she gets to lounge around, watch birds ans squirrels and daydream ! I only have one question : Is it safe for double glazed window ? (My landlord affirm it is not and asked me to remove it, but mr cat hardly weight 5 pounds)

Received as a gift, the top tension suction cups have never held. Kitties would love if it stayed on window. Can regular suction cups be obtained to replace the top suction cups?

I've had this product for a long time now and my cats love it! For some reason all of a sudden, the suction cups with the knobs will not stay! It will seem like they will when I apply them but in a day or two, it fails. I've cleaned the window and the suction cups, there's no residue preventing the cups from sticking, nothing. The other standard suction cups are totally fine. Now what?

I bought this and was supposed to get refunded for it but never did so I took it back. Decent price for it though, if my cat would have been interested I would have still kept it.

We have had this shelf up for 9 months and it has worked great. It can hold both the 12lb and the 15lbs cat together. I had to restick one of the top suction cups one time, but I simply cleaned the window, heated the suction cup per the directions, and it has stuck for six months. It has lasted through 90 degree F sunny days, and some recent nights where the temperature got to -15 degrees F. Great shelf. I just recommended it to two friends with multiple cats.
