This item is nice, however, the top suction cups holding the lounger did not stay stuck and after more than 20 attempts between me and my husband, we gave up. If you could replace the straps and suction cups, it would be appreciated!

I absolutely love this 🥰🥰 I’m impressed by how sturdy it is and how much weight it holds. My two boys are both about to be one year old for reference. It was really easy to set up and I even moved it once and it still has stuck really well. I sprinkled some catnip on it to get them to explore it. And obviously there’s enough room for them to comfortably stretch out a bit. I like the hole in the top, too, so they can safely crawl up and down.

Round 2 of purchasing a window perch with these screw on suction cups. I bought two kitty sills. And each one has one suction cup that keeps falling off. I have clean my windows till you cannot even tell if there’s glass there it’s so clean I clean the suction cups I have gone through the instructions I have done exactly what it says. And these stupid things keep falling off. Just one on each sill. So disappointing. The suction cups were great. If it’s not broke don’t fix it these things are garbage

Our cats love this simple and easy to hang window shelf. It gives them a great view out the window and a comfortable place to nap. We love it because it easily folds up when not in use. That allows us to close the blinds at night.

It was missing the suction cups so I was not able to use it.

It's definitely cute but horrible suction cup I haven't had it a full five month in there already popping off and won't stay on

This lounging hammock was given to my mom by her neighbor whose cat passed away recently. Mom has two cats and the older one a hefty18 lbs. Both kitties love to perch in the window so I’m ordering another one for the baby kitty so she’ll have her own as they don’t like to share!

I bought this window seat for our cat several years ago. Our cat LOVES it and uses it throughout the day and night, too! We subsequently adopted another cat and since they both want the cozy seat, we purchased another one. Now they can both enjoy the view of the great outdoors in comfort!

The suction cups do not stay on the window even though I followed all installation instructions. In fact, they fall off without me even touching the unit. Could be dangerous to your cat as the unit may collapse at any time.

I've tried other window seats and they've all eventually broken because they are made from plastic. This frame is made from metal that is welded together which makes it so much more sturdy. I only use this product now.

We purchased one and wondered if it would actually hold our cat(s) or even if they would like it. Turns out they both love it so much we had to purchase a second so, that each cat could look out the window. Both units have held to the windows really well. Occasionally one of the top attachments falls off, but it easy to reattach....rubbing alcohol works best for cleaning before attaching.

Simplest and best window perch ever! No hardware needed and it doesn't rest on window sill. Our cats love them and spend most of their day on them!

For the first few months this product was perfect but recently the top suction cups have been slipping and won't stay up for a day. I've tried to see if there's any way to solve this problem but haven't found any pointers.

We were given this as a gift and our cats loved it from moment one!

I got my kitty in February and took a chance buying this for my front window. He loves it so much I just bought another one for the bedroom window as well - and he slept there the first night I put it up! My cat is really long (37 in! when he's fully stretched out) but this shelf is still plenty big enough for him. Best of all, it is sturdy - he can run down the hallway at full speed and leap onto the shelf and I don't have to worry about the whole thing crashing down. This is definitely his favorite lounging place.

Cat loves it. The suction cups work so well! And thanks for putting the instructions on this site. I took it down and couldn’t remember how to put it back up, so I was so pleased to find that info here.

I've got 2 of those, put them on different levels on the window. If anyone has problems with suction cups (I did), just put them in hot water for 2 mins, dry them and the problem is solved!
