Have tried other products that didn't work. Follow directions and the numbing effect should start in a few min. No pain or burning as others have reported. Maybe it only works well for some. Pricey for the amount you get, but I wasn't thinking about then during use!

In the past I tried pretty much every home remedy: extending foreplay, masturbating 2 hours before sex, edging, pelvic floor exercises, trying different positions, and thick condoms and still could not last more than 5 minutes inside. But this product did the trick and 2-3 sprays is good enough to have long sessions! Definitely recommended!

It burns for days if you get it anywhere near the tip! Also the cap is impossible to remove in the dark, you have to be able to see the arrows to know where to squeeze the cap to remove it. Design fail.

But definitely keeps the "fun" going longer. Husband said it was confortable to use, too. Bottle won't last too long, the only downside.

The spray really works makes you last long and I do recommend to men to buy it and please there partner for longer, the only bad part that the spray bottle only have 36 sprays..I use it with my partner at least five to six times a week. I will say that it does desensitize, but not sure about the delay part. One would think that they would go hand in hand, but not always. I'm not saying that it doesn't work, it's just hard to really say that it made a difference in my experience. If you think you need a bit of assistance, feel free and give it a try. You might be more surprised than I was.
