The poncho mode is super helpful to stay nice and cozy while still getting work done. I haven't gotten to use it for camping or with my mantis but very excited to try it out.

I have the field blanket, bobcat and the firebelly. I LOVE the Bobcat for most camping but love it even more during the winter around the house. It is comfortable, it keeps you comfortable on the couch or getting around the house late at night if you don't want to spend $$$$$ to over heat your house because you don't have a sweater.

This trail quilt has been awesome to use as a nice little outdoor poncho and makes a great under quilt for my hammock, I love how versatile it is and can use it for multiple things. Definitely doesn’t work the best as a sleeping bag, and I wish for something that was as expensive as it is, it shed a little less down. Every time I try to use it as a blanket it ends up filling the hammock with feathers that puff out of quilt.

Super warm, and when attached to the hammock it really keeps you warm! I snuck it into my bed at home, as my dog hogs the bed and my husband hogs the blankets. At least I am warm now in my 6” slice of the bed. 😀 Although it is not camping, I plan to bring my new Bobcat on a four-day train trip as a blanket and poncho (if the train car is cold).

This quilt is amazing - it pairs so nicely with the mantis. However, I had a snap that wouldn’t hold and o reached out to Kammok for a replacement snap and they sent me a new quilt! I told them I thought this was over the top but now I am an even happier camper with a top and bottom quilt. Great design and incredible customer service.

I was using the bobcat 45 during a trip to the upper peninsula in michigan where it was maybe a little above 45°F at night. I will say I was a little chilly, but I most certainly was not afraid of dying.
I am allergic to down and would not buy it again

Great in hammock on cool evenings in the spring or summer. Packs very small. Also, works well as a quilt on the ground with a sleeping pad. However, ours gets used around the house for afternoon naps, it’s so comfortable just to curl up in when the house is a little cool. I’ve bought them for my mom too, she loves it.

I'm a hammock nerd, and I've been building the ultimate extremely tiny pocket sized day hike kit with the Roo single And Python straps, and I was looking around for the best ultra light underquilt to go with it. This amazingly versatile and comfy blanket utterly blows any other underquilt out of the water. It is made to integrate with all of the kammok hammocks with dedicated snaps, and is weirdly warm despite its small size. I can fit a Roo double, straps, a water filter, two bottles, the bobcat as the underquilt and a fire belly as the over quilt ALL in a 22 liter daypack!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bobcat 45 is great for cool weather as a blanket or paired up with my Doible Roo as an under quilt. I’m really glad I got one. The attachment point to the hammock are pretty slick as is the poncho hole. Just make sure the poncho hole is buttoned shut when you use it as an under quilt or your butt may get a little chilly.

Absolutely love this blanket, it's definitely one of my camping must-haves. It's been a lifesaver in cooler weather. Every time I wear it, I have folks going out of their way to ask about it! Unfortunately, mine got stolen from the car when my hubby went backpacking. Devastating. But it's so worth it, we'll be buying another one.
