Q: Just received my new chair and I love it, exactly what I've been looking for. The only snafu is I can't figure out how to close it. It seems there should be a button or lever to close but I don't see it. Thanks!

A: Thank you for the question! On the underside of the shelf, there should be clips on the hinged support arm to undo, to fold the shelf down. Once the shelf is folded down, you should be able to manually fold the chair by folding the 'X' shaped supports inward.

Q: Can't get my chair to close. I have pulled the seat, handles and nothing seems to work. Is there an art to this? Afraid that I am going to have to return, but I like it so much.

A: Thanks for your question. Please ensure that equal amount of pressure are being added on either side of the center folding point. Many times this resolves the inabilty to fold the item.

Ordered on time & in good condition. However, when we went to sit in the chair it ripped right at the seam of the seat. Thankfully no one was injured but this was VERY disappointing, to say the least. As it was originally for a Father's Day gift. Will be returning..

So disappointed because the stitching fell apart and the bottom fell out within the first week......and that is with a tiny person sitting in it. It would be a very nice chair, comfortable and convenient if that had not happened. Now it has to be returned because it is unusable. Maybe it was a previous return and sent out as new? Or stitched wrong. Ordered 2 of these to begin with and only one was sent. By the time we got the second one, the first one is ripped out. When we are spending time outside it's a shame we are having difficulty coming up with 2 usable chairs!
