[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Developed a canker sore after days of sleep deprivation from jet lag and got this gel right in time. It does a great job of numbing so you don’t have to be in pain while eating or brushing your teeth. The gel makes it easy to apply.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a sufferer of canker sores, this was a great product to be blessed to receive. I have used Kanka's Mouth Pain Liquid since I was a kid. Their Triple Action Gel works great, as well! It's nearly impossible to eat when you have a canker sore and this gel makes it possible. Nice menthol scent and flavor. Quick numbing. Long lasting. Nice tube that is easy to just throw in your purse or pocket for on the go relief.

A much needed item to have in your cabinet for those painful mouth sores that show up out of nowhere ruining your day. 😩 Triple action gel to soothes and relieve irritation. Definitely glad to have this on hand. I like the gel tube form rather than the “dipping stick” version that they make. Someone in my household will definitely benefit from having this, appreciate the opportunity to try.

It reduces the amount of time you have a sore and the medicine in it makes your sore feel better and relieved. I also like that it comes in a small package so you can take it with you in your pocket or purse and apply it whenever needed.

It helped me get some relief and forgot about messing with it for a while so it could heal more quickly. Packaging is easy to read and eye catching. No unpleasant scent. Great value for the money.

The gel is clear and easy to apply and it doesn't taste horrible (unlike the sticker ones). Helps with pain and healing.

I have used a number of different manufacturer’s versions of this pain numbing gel and none seem to work better than this brand. It pretty much immediately numbs the area of the mouth when applied and stays in the area due to the thickness of the gel. Just make sure you are extra careful eating after applying this as it does such a good job numbing that you might not notice biting your tongue or the inside of your cheek! The product itself doesn’t have very much of a smell aside from a light menthol smell but the taste is pretty strong when applied in the mouth. Overall if I had dental pain and soreness in the future I would absolutely use this product again as it worked really well on a sensitive area inside my mouth.
