Summary of reviews
This organic cereal is a popular choice for those seeking a healthier alternative to traditional options like Cheerios. Guests appreciate its high iron content, organic ingredients, and satisfying crunch that doesn't get soggy in milk. While some enjoy its taste and texture, others miss the previous recipe and find the current version lacking in flavor. It's a versatile option for both breakfast and snacking.

This is the only organic cereal similar to cheerios I’ve been able to find that has similar amount of iron as regular cheerios. Love giving my toddler cereal as an easy snack that’s iron fortified, but prefer organic. Also not high in sugar. And taste great. The texture is crunchier than regular cheerios, but then doesn’t get soggy in milk.
High in iron

I was extremely surprised to see how much iron is in this cereal. I give to my 6 year old and assume the serving size is for an adult. I already give my child iron supplements so if I’m not careful he may be getting too much iron because one cup is 60% of the daily value. He does love this cereal. I think it needs to be stated somewhere on the box that it’s high in iron. There is no mention of it.

No flavor, weird texture

This cereal tastes like minimally sweetened cardboard with the texture of styrofoam. I’d hoped it would be similar to honey nut cheerios but rice cakes have more character than this. I’ve been forcing myself to eat it but not sure I can even finish the box.

Love it but it’s always out of stock everywhere I try to buy it, even online. Why don’t you produce more?

Outdated cereal from April 29th 2024 bought on July 20th online to pick up in store. Guess employees don't know how to stock old to the front new to the back. Not opened yet but 1 star way too high. Yet this cereal is from Canada should be a lot fresher than this 3 4 month old cereal

I have been eating this cereal for a long time and love it, but on this last shopping trip I noticed the box was smaller and sure enough, there was less in the package than my previous box for the same price. Very sneaky jumping on the “shrinkflation’ band wagon without informing the consumer. Time to find a new cereal.

Love this cereal. Since I can’t eat seeds, I am limited in which Kashi cereals I can eat. Only problem is that it’s hard to find in my are - most of the stores have several types of Kashi cereal but not this particular one.
