A: Comes only one per pack.

If you look at the highlights it shows what's included and shows "(1)" in parenthesis. To confirm, one purchase at 24.99 is only equal to one panel and not 2. If you're looking to purchase a set, please make sure to make 2 purchases. As a curtain buyer myself, usually each curtain panel is sold separately.
