Q: How the heck do you remove the Kate Spade case without damaging the airpod pro case WITHOUT calling support? My series 2 airpod pros have had their case on for years it is NOT coming off.

This was the worst decision I made for my AirPod Pros! The top comes off way too easily and the bottom doesn't. It claimed to be MagSafe, it definitely is NOT! I do not recommend!!!

These Kate spade cases are so cute. But god they are so hard to get off?! And I scratched my case up. I spent like an hour trying to get it off. I will 100% but a silicone case going forward.

Make sure you put this case on properly before placing on airpods, i almost snapped my case in half. overall. good quality & the hook is very sturdy.

Very cute but IMPOSSIBLE to get the bottom part off! I put it on before pairing to my phone and could not press the button! Very durable but don’t put it on until you’ve paired them cuz you’ll never get it off lol

It is IMPOSSIBLE to get off. I can’t plug my AirPods in to charge with the case on and now I can’t get it off. Do not buy this case. More trouble than it’s worth.

I loved the look of these for the longest time. I wanted to pair with my new macbook, and you cannot get the case off to click to pairing button on the back of the airpods. My husband and I have tried everything to get my airpods back out....nothing works. Worst product ever.

This case cover fits perfectly and looks great on my AirPods Pro case. The lid section is pretty easy to remove if needed, and as for the bottom half I will worry about that when I want to remove the case… I could see it being difficult to take off like others have said but I wanted a case that would be snug and secure since my old silicone case did not stay on well.

Although this case is cute, it's impossible to remove!! We've tried everything and it's literally stuck like glue to the AirPod case!! My daughter put it on her brand new AirPods before pairing them to her phone and now we can't push the button in the back to pair them because we can't remove the case. We looked online for advice, and apparently it's a known problem with this case. BUYER BEWARE!

I received this as a gift from my daughter and so wanted to love it but the case is too stiff and doesn't enable you to push the button for pairing with new devices. unfortunately it is also nearly impossible to get off once on... it took myself, my daughter, and my son forever to finally get it removed without breaking the actual airpod case in the process... which is now horribly scratched but at least I can use them again. Very disappointed and hoping I will be able to return this 😞.

I was kind of scare because it said it was for 1st generation of AirPods Pro but this case worked for my AirPods Pro 2nd generation perfectly! Charges with the MagSafe but it’s kind of difficult to attach it and can go lose. But once it’s charging, it charges. Doesn’t have the space for the case speaker but still sounds just find. It’s kind of difficult to get it out of the case by pulling it but I squeezed and use my finger on the bottom part and the case came out just fine and without a scratch in my case. It’s Really cute! Love it ❤️

I wish I had of looked at reviews first but I saw it in store and thought it was so cute! It was a little hard getting on, but impossible to get off. I am going to have to cut it off. I definitely do not recommend

Terrible to get off. There is a use for the button on the back of the case and you have to chance breaking the AirPods case itself or scratch everything up to get the button and get the case itself out.
