The sides of this case cracked, both of them, today, just from regular holding, never dropped! I am so upset, I love this, and get compliments on it all the time and I have the matching earbuds case. I am so upset because my return window closed just TWO DAYS AGO! So very upset. This was a Christmas splurge. I will just have to go get a cheapo case at the five dollar store now. So sad. I would’ve thought for 31.99 and being Kate Spade, it would’ve lasted at just a bit more than 92 days. Ugh.

Just like other people already mentioned, case separated into two pieces. Kate Spade did send me a new case and that one now too is starting to separate. Get the Sonix tortoise case instead, never had any issues and used that one for literally years

Case is coming apart after less than 30 days of use. It looks as though it is manufactured in two separate pieces and then joined. Quality is really disappointing for the cost.

I got the tortoiseshell pattern and while it looks beautiful, I absolutely hate how it feels in my hand. It’s almost like it’s slightly sticky. Shows fingerprints like crazy too.

I purchased this phone case less than 6 months ago. Past phone cases have lasted me the entire life of the phone with no issues. This is one of the more expensive cases I’ve purchased, so I expected similar or better quality to the cheaper ones I’ve gotten online. Within a month I lost the gems from the case. Not ideal, but not a huge deal. Recently the back of the case began peeling. I am not hard on my phone cases, so I expected this to last me the life of my phone.

Case did not totally fit the phone and the charging holes did not line up. Tried to return it and the seller refused the return. Had to call Target customer service for resolution. Doubt this is even a Kate Spade case. Buyer definitely beware!!!

LIKE: Slim. Light weight. Provides great protection. I've had Kate Spade cases for the last 12 years (3 different phones) they've always lasted me very well. Dislike: PRICE. Almost $60. I usually buy Kate Spade cases at Marshall's/TJMaxx for 1/3 of the price.
