Kellogg's Raisin Bran Breakfast Cereal

Opened the inner bag and was immediately hit with an icky-sweet aroma. Didn’t think much of it until I poured milk over the cereal and took the first bite. The addition of maple flavoring has made this unbearable!

Cereal that’s not organic is heavily coated in roundup. Tastes like chemicals.

Why call it Raisin Bran when there are VERY few raisins in it? Just Bran would be a better name.

Why have people review your product but never actually change it? I'm reading the same issue on multiple reviews. Why do big companies have reviews when the people that could actually fix the problem don't even check it?

I have been buying Kellogg's brand of Raisin Bran for over 45 years. I especially enjoyed the lightly sugared raisins - in the original quantity - and the flavor of the bran flakes. The honeymoon is finally over. In (especially) the last 5 years I have noticed a tremendous decrease of raisins. The bran flakes seem to have lost their appeal as well - sometimes being stale in both taste and texture. Combined with the MAJOR pricing increases (across multiple retailers), this is Very disappointing! My new endeavor is to buy a box of Post Raisin Bran, generic box from the 2 top retailers I routinely use (in NC), and a box of Trader Joe's entry of the same product. (I already know that I like the TJ product, just want to compare apples-to-apples in my evaluation). Not buying another Kellogg's RB - I already know the diminished value taken over time there... Let me know if you decide to add back the raisins (an absolute MUST), do better quality control, eliminate the lanolin, and reduce the cost to consumers... Sorry Kellogg - you've already lost this battle!

Love Raisin Bran but can’t eat them since I stopped eating animal products. Why does Kellogg feel they need to add D3 made from lanolin from sheep to cereal? You do realize there is a plant based food movement happening in this country, right? How about considering a new market.

I recently purchased a 22.1 oz box of Raisin Bran. There may have been 1/2 cup pf raisins in the entire box. This is unacceptable.

I have been a consistent buyer of Kellogg's Raisin Bran for over 40 years. Of late, several boxes each month. I usually buy the 16.6 oz size box which has recently dropped to only a 16.1 oz size box. Obviously shrinkflation at work. Price now same or higher for the 16.1 oz size box versus the 16.6 oz size box. The recent smaller size box also promotes the FeedingReading books program. It used to be that buying multiple boxes can get free books for my local library. Now it is buy 1 box but also need to buy a participating partner product. I do not like this change, but I will still buy Kellogg's Raisin Bran rather than other brands.

I used to buy this all the time and the raisins were huge and plentiful. I'm eating a box now and they are tiny and scarce....two scoops? I think not.

This is a problem I’m getting like 3 raisins every bowl this has become a problem I like the cereal but it is now tasting stale and little to no raisins

What happened to the raisins? I used to be able to get a raisin in every spoonful, now I was lucky to get a raisin in a spoonful & it seemed like the flakes were missing something. I have been a regular purchaser of Raisin Bran for years. But now I’m might as well just get bran flakes and put in my own fruit.

I enjoy raisin brand cereal, it is my go to cereal but my only complaint would be that I bought a family size one box and the whole thing fit in the container. I feel like that was rip because it seem like a normal box amount.

There were maybe 4 raisins in my last bowl. Hadn't had the cream in a while and won't buy it anymore, there's hardly any raisin.

I am massively disappointed that the recipe changed . Why ??!!!! It was perfect! Now it’s just like Post. 😵‍💫 One star for still edible and the other star is for the memories.

Sorry - I just purchased my last box of Raisin Bran! The 2 scoops of raisins has shrunk too much!!

I got a new box of Raisin Bran and there were no raisins, also they were very stale.

I know “shrinkflation” is a thing these days. But I think that makes the “2 scoops” sound like false advertising now. Maybe it’s 2 smaller scoops.. Anyway not impressed with the 1 raisin in my big bowl of cereal.

There are far fewer raisins in this cereal than a few years ago. Guess you are using much smaller scoops!
