Kendra Scott Jaimee Multi-Strand Necklace

Arrived broken in half. I was so disappointed. The packaging was bad. All 3 items in the package were damaged.

Echoing the other reviews. I was so excited for the layered look but this necklace tangles from the moment you put it on. Wishing I hadn't purchased.

I loved this necklace! It doesn’t tangle any more than my other necklaces that are the same style.

The chains get tangled almost immediately after putting on.

Lovely looking but a little pricey

The quality and price are not adding up. Also, from just walking around the necklace gets tangled on my neck. The picture is deceiving, it makes it look like the hanging piece is much longer than the chain but it’s not. Pretty disappointed.

Perfect dainty necklace

Like others, the packaging is a joke! I would expect a box with a holder inside that keeps the jewelry in place and protected. Everything I bought (the entire collection when it was released) came tangled beyond belief or broken/damaged. Items were all sent with zero padded packaging in an envelope style shipping bag. Imagine you bought a necklace, earrings or a bracelet with the typical plastic hanger for display (Claire’s for example). Now imagine you just threw those necklace(s) together in an unpadded envelope and shipped it along with other UPS packages weighing 50lbs (for example). You can imagine the outcome! Tangled,, broke and so maddening that I wasted my time (and will waste more returning allllll this cheap broken tangled mess)! The quality for the price point is also a joke! Cheap looking, cheap feeling…. Cheap for the price point. Looks like any other jewelry at Target. I think the jewelry at Target is fine because at the price point I normally pay it’s acceptable (but completely unacceptable to ship any jewelry in the fashion noted above). To pay $40-$70 for the exact same quality feels like I was taken as if I bought a falsely represented item(s) from a third party seller, ebay for example. Zero quality control and a total marketing misrepresentation!!! Shame on you Target! And I purchase ALOT of items from Target…will absolutely take my business, money and time somewhere else that I can trust! Thanks Target (and Kendra Scott) for wasting my time…cause I have so much patience to deal with this after a 16hr shift as a nurse!

Items arrived in a tangled mess in large envelope. Unable to untangle without damaging packaging. Disappointed in quality of packaging for a $40 necklace.

I was hopeful with this purchase, wish I’d read the reviews beforehand though. Necklace is not worth the price. It looks and feels very cheap. Not worth it. Will be returning.

For this brand and price point, I would have expected it to come in a BOX! It's a Christmas gift for someone and I have to use my own box...I would have preferred a nice Kendra Scott labeled box. I, like two other reviewers, had to untangle the necklace upon arrival! The necklace is pretty, but the delivery method needs an update!

Poor quality. The biggest turnoff was that Target shipped the two KS necklaces I bought in one bag and no other packaging, so they arrived completely tangled.

This necklace came tangled. I’ve tried to unravel it but it’s impossible! I’ll need to return.

Wish this had the other reviews when I ordered it. Mine also came tangled, and although I was able to untangle it, I'll still be returning it as it looks very cheap and isn't worth the price. Stick to buying the pieces with stones, they look much higher quality.
