Q: Does the microwave just have 1 light on the right hand side? I just got this & I thought the light was brighter but now it is not & there are no lights lighting up on the left hand side. Have only had less than 2 weeks.

A: We just bought ours and I was wondering the same thing. There's only one light on the right hand side and it's very dim inside. Our old microwave was so much brighter inside. Thanks for answering

The automatic lock feature is very frustrating when it locks the oven door after cooking yout food. I have turned it off but it somehow resets to auto lock.

Child lock feature can be turned off by pressing and holding 0/UNLOCK key for 3 seconds. The display will indicate "Loc". Then, press 7 key followed by pressing 9 key. The display will show "ULoc".

Product arrive on time 09/13/25, box not damaged, which is weird, because as I was excited to receive my new microwave. Once I got it pulled out the box there was a huge dent in the top left corner of the microwave and the spinning tool that goes underneath the plate to help it turn was broken🙁. I will be returning this item to the store and will not be ordering online anymore.
