I was so excited to get this mixer. It had a lot of extras with the light and the pulse feature. When I took it ouf of the box I noticed that the timer part was just a carboard part glued to the mixer. It was on crooked and had started to pull off. There was also no way to adjust the bowl clearane and the bowls were very light weight. When I put the bowl on and started the mixer the one side of the bowl wanted to lift up off the post. I packed it right back in the box and shipped it back. For as much as these things cost they should be more substantial and not so cheaply made!
