Why is Target selling free samples for $20? I was shocked at how tiny and sample-sized it was when I received it. It made no sense, so Iooked, and lo and behold, it says right on the back, "free sample. Not for sale." There is nothing wrong with the product, but paying $20 for a tiny free sample size of airline toothpastes is unacceptable.
