Q: If it will keep contents dry. It is weather resistant, not waterproof. So if its not waterproof for which means water can get inside the storage bin. How then can you say it will keep the contents dry?

A: It will keep contents dry. It is weather resistant, not waterproof. This is UV protected and will not fade. It is constructed from all-weather polypropylene resin plastic that will never chip, rust, rot, or peel.

Bought 2 Keter Westwood storage boxes last summer . Easy to assemble. They have braved our zone 6 winters- snow, rain , cold. All the contents inside is bone dry and clean ( no hibernating critters or bugs) and has kept its color. Very huge inside . I’m more than pleased!

Easy to put together and lots of room. I have 2 sets of cushions there. 4 square bottom cushions about 1.5” thick Then a whole set of 6 chair cushions that are thicker with bottoms and backs p Plus a hammock. All that fits, snug, but works great.

what a beautiful accent to the patio furniture, it holds 12-15 pillows and blankets for our outdoor set. the color is a little darker than I expected but still have a wonderful gray tone to match the furniture. super excited!

Nice looking box and is really big! It holds all 10 of our seat cushions plus 2 chair pillows and has room for more pillows/other smaller items. Our box is out where the rain can get to it easily, even after heavy rains all day the cushions were dry. Just be sure to let the top dry or wipe it off first before opening, if it is still wet when you open it the water will poor on into it. I also would not recomend heavier persons to sit on it. It was bending in a bit at only 135 pounds of weight so I think eventually it would start sagging if too much weight was on it (especially in the middle).

The box is a good size for my storage needs. However after it was put together we discovered a hole in one side where a piece had broken off. The piece was loose in the box it was delivered in. Going to keep but expensive for a damaged item. See pics

I was concerned about negative reviews about missing or damaged parts, but ours arrived in perfect condition via 2day FedEx Ground (at no charge!). Assembly was easy and there is no issue of the top warping as others have mentioned. Strong enough to sit on and well-fitted, but we bought a $20 rain cover for added protection.
