The packaging was very good and the product was shipped well without any damages. The installation directions were clear and I installed it pretty quickly myself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my new Argus 5 Light Convertible Chandelier a few days ago. I love it. It is a mixture of black and champagne gold. The lights are held in what looks like a petal which can be adjusted to different positions ( more light on one side or turn them all up for indirect lighting). The chandelier is very sturdy.

I replaced a smaller dated fixture with this in my kitchenette and it is gorgeous! It totally illuminates the room with warmth. I couldn’t be more pleased with it.

Each light is in it's own compartment with cardboard and styrofoam around it. There are empty filler cardboard pieces to ensure no damage is done. I was very surprised of the amount packaging for the protection of the light. The light itself is very well made, with heavy metal that won't be easily bent or damaged. There are instructions included with detailed diagrams. You can choose to put the light up semi flush or with the stem, to have it hang lower. There is also a warranty card included with the light. Everything about this light is beautiful and will bring an added feature to your house. The chandelier features 5 lights that are a unique curved shape, that the light bulb will be housed in. The outside of the light is black and the inside is white. They also use regular bulbs, so no worries about buying hard to find light bulbs. You can also turn the cups that hold the light bulbs to direct the light. This chandelier will be a focal point in your home and it won't go unnoticed as it's so unique!
