Brinley 25.5" 8 Light Linear Chandelier with Clear Glass Brushed Nickel

Perfect over our handmade 1800s kitchen table.. Warning - Install a dimmer. Eight lights are bright! Once you have a dimmer, it is perfect.

This fixture is great at showcasing Edison-style bulbs - and there are a large number of interesting LED bulbs on the market today that work beautifully here. Installation was relatively straightforward. This is a simple design - the wires provide both power and support to the fixtures, so it's easy to adjust the length(s) to truly make the look your own. Keep things safe and do not stuff the excess wire into the fixture tray or the ceiling! Take extra care of the glass jars, especially if you DIY install. It is extremely easy to break them! Replacements are available through. Finally, depending on your situation, consider a dimmer - the equivalent of 480w or more in glass can get quite brilliantly bright =)

It was difficult to install but love the finished product

This is a decent fixture - but took a little work. I had to shorten the wires by about 6 - 8 feet, these things are made for very high ceilings. So about 24 wires I shortened and stripped and reconnected. However, the frustrating part were the screws that attach the fixture to the ceiling plate seemed too short to get the nut caps on, so I took it all down and replaced with larger screws. I can cut these down later and use the bronze wire nuts - as I am using wing nuts now. I'll also vary the cable lengths to add some geometry. Note on the photo - I have Pro Track® Thorndale lights from Lamps Plus in background ( on the ceiling behind it ). They seem to complement each other well. Both are on dimmers and I am using 2700K LEDs

What an excellent choice of lighting to add to the dinning room

First of all, we were shocked that all of the pendants had 10 feet of chord. That is, until we decided to do something different and split the lights. For standard simple installation each chord has a cap lock that is loosened to pull up whatever amount of chord that needs cutting so you can get the same length on all. We had a challenge. The ceiling is sloped and the fixture is not centered over the island so it took a lot of cyphering to get the look we wanted but we finally got it sorted and hung. It brightens up the entire kitchen and is just perfect for the work area! I love the look and everything is heavy duty. We even decorated it for the holidays! Now, I need more lighting for my bathroom so guess what brand I'll be looking for?? Highly recommend!!

The olde bronze finish gives it an antique look, which I love. I had someone help me with the install, because it really helped me see how I wanted the lights to hang thanks to the adjustable cord length. Everything about this is so gorgeous. I used vintage filament bulbs to really bring out the antique look of this fixture. Everything about this fixture is amazing, I highly recommend it.

I must say that this chandelier is a stunning work of art and is perfect over my kitchen island. The craftsmanship that went into making it is amazing. I love that we were able to adjust the cords to the heights we wanted and the installation was easy for someone with experience.

We decided to put this on the kitchen and it looks amazing. It was pretty easy to install. I had to get help from a friend who knew electric but it was great!

I have two of these hanging over my island. They are AWESOME. I would recommend the use of the Edison LED's.
