Q: The video, box, and Kidamento website say the Model K lanyard doubles as a USB. Mine came with a cheap, non USB lanyard and a short, useless USB cable. Is Target's version different?

Extremely low quality pictures, even when set to the highest resolution the camera allows. Im not expecting cinema quality photos but even for a kids camera the photos are extremely compressed and not worth the $80 asking price. There are digital cameras from 2005 that take better pictures than this. The only upside to this is the fact that theres no games and a simple interface, but I ended up finding a much cheaper camera that doesnt compress the photos to oblivion, and is waterproof too (Vivitar Aqua Snap). If you want to buy your kids a camera, you would be much better buying a used older camera online, or just simply look at the other options in stores.

The photo quality is trash. Sure it’s fun for the kiddo to take photos but none of them can be kept or printed due to the low quality.

I cannot wait to give this adorable camera to my daughter for Christmas! She loves taking photos and I’m so excited to watch her learn and enjoy this camera. The screen is nice and large but still small enough for little hands. I’m hopefully for higher quality photos that I can print out for her. She is especially going to love the adorable cat design. The silicone makes for great grip and drop protection.

Most importantly my daughter loved it. I was really surprised how quickly she started using it. We never read the manual and she was taking photos with these cool filters. The casing is adorable but also protects it which I love. It’s touch screen and if it didn’t have the cute casing it could pass for an adult camera the quality was so great. It came with a lanyard and my daughter walks around with it taking pictures and now it’s unlock this creative side of her and who knows maybe she’ll become a photographer. Very cool! Great buy I highly recommend it!
