Pieces were bowed, cut wrong length and a couple screw holes were off. We had to glue stuff and add a couple braces to keep stuff together. It would’ve been returned if we couldn’t make it work. Luckily, we were able to fix it ourselves. I’ve bought other Kidkraft products and was pleased. Not pleased at all with this one. Quality insights are 2-3 sentences long.

I like the size and its well made

Way too hard to put together. Do not suggest purchasing if you do not have somebody to put it together for you.

The dollhouse is very sturdy, and my granddaughter loves it. However… It took me and my brother-in-law, and he is an engineer three hours together to put this together. He stated that the screws were not correct. They should’ve been tappers which would’ve made it much easier instructions were difficult. This thing

I just bought this dolls house for my daughter’s 7th birthday a couple of weeks ago. I finally put it together today and It took hours to assemble and was disappointed that the whole furniture and accessories set was missing out of the box. Now her doll house looks bare with out those items. I am very upset. My daughter seems excited, but she doesn’t have the furniture that was supposed to be with it.

Great doll house, however the elevator is very hard to move up and down. Any recommendations on how to make it move smoothly?

I bought the house for my granddaughter her birthday is tomorrow. My wife and I just finished putting it together no problems just takes time it’s a large house so it’s expected. I can’t wait to see her face tomorrow Highly recommend it for anyone who is thinking about buying it

My daughter loves playing with her house. You definitely need two people to put it together and two full dedicated hrs.

This dollhouse is absolutely adorable! Hubby thought assembly went quite well - kept a picture handy as he followed the instructions. Nice quality at an ok price. We purchased this as a gift for our granddaughter whose birthday is on Christmas Day! Can't wait to give it to her!

My daughter saved her money many months to get this doll house. We were disappointed to receive what we're pretty sure was a return. When we pay full price we expect brand new. There are walls that keep falling out, panels that were already peeling when we took them out of the box, and a broken piece.

It’s beautiful! My granddaughter loves it. The steps to build it aren’t as clear as they need to be and a few are out of order. It took about three hours to assemble with an electric screw driver.

My 3 year old granddaughter absolutely loves this doll house. I'm happy with my purchase! My son said it did take him over two hours to assemble. But, it's beautiful.

I purchased the same but older version of this dollhouse 11 years ago for my 4 year old for Christmas at the time. It has withstanded a move and 3 more children since then including our one year old who repeatedly climbs onto the middle shelf. All the kids love playing with it and not only using barbies. Little people, lil woodzeez, peppa pig, the elevator I must agree does not slide the best and we took it off completely, it would've worked just fine without an elevator adding space to each floor and have a fire escape on the side or something as such instead. Its spacious and otherwise sturdy and well made! Definitely a better quality for money spent then a barbie plastic dollhouse would ever be!!!

This was the worst purchase of a children’s toy that I have ever made. I didn’t have enough of everything that was supposed to be in the hardware that was supposedly in the package. I was missing screws that should have been in the package and then I had to put it together and as far as I’m concerned for the expensive price that I payed for the dollhouse it should have had a choice to pay for it to be assembled. Very disappointed

Quality isn't great. Elevator doesn't slide well. Boards are warped and don't line up great.

It was pretty easy to put together my 6 and 8 yr old were able to help. They love playing with it and their barbies. I have recommended it to many of my friends and family. I love that it is mostly wood. The only thing is the elevator does not move up and down very smoothly. Also, one of the pieces came broken, but no big deal. Overall, I would say this is a great doll house for my kids because it makes them happy.

I wouldve liked the walls to be a bit more sturdy, they fall down so easily. There's nothing supporting the back walls aside from a centimeter deep wedge. I'm trying to find a way to reinforce them, maybe with gorilla glue. Also i did not recieve all of the elevator parts. Assembly was pretty brutal. Took me about 10 hours uninterrupted. Other than that the kids love it. Its a great size, cute design and furniture. Also a few furniture peices are already broken. Granted I have a really rough 2 year old boy, I think they could have been constructed better tgan just a strip of glue. They came right apart when he threw them against the wall, hes only 2, not that strong.

very nice gift. a little difficult in assembling. but it is stable and pretty. my girl loves it very much
