Love that it comes with a built in ice pack and is a good deal compared to other stainless steel bentos. The ice pack is hard to remove and it only has two compartments.

The rubber gasket that makes the lid air tight is a bit tricky at first but once you figure it out it’s not so bad and fairly easy to clean. Simple enough design though it’s a bit heavy overall. The detachable ice pack is nice if you need or don’t need it.

I was so nervous to buy this because of all the bad reviews about the lids, but the price was a steal compared to other kid stainless steel bento boxes so I impulse bought them anyways and I’m so happy I did. My lids close but I can see how it can seem tricky because sometimes it doesn’t seem like the other side fully latched down. But I only plan to put dry snacks or just fruit in here so it’s not a big deal to me. Now I just gotta get the matching cups

This entire sets adorable! Very happy with the quality too! Saving for my girl to use next year! When we see prints we love at a great price we stock up!

First, yes it's good price, but it's so difficult to lock the lid, like sometjmes I have to lock and lock 5 or 6 times because one side locks correctly, but not the other side. Second, I heat up the food and even rinse the metal dish with hot water before pouring food in it, but when open in 3 hours, it's not hot at all. And third, too difficult for kiddo to lock it when done.

Seriously love this. I need more designs. It’s so simple and easy to use for my kindergartner’s lunch. So easy to clean. I love the clip in freezer pack too

I really like how affordable, durable, and easy to clean this bento box is! The removable freezer pack is a clever feature, and its cute floral pattern has held up after multiple washes!

These are a good price but not functional or long lasting. I’d say bentgo boxes are probably the way to go.. the stainless steel on these stain pretty quick with water marks and it doesn’t always close completely. It’s not very good quality but for the price isn’t bad

The metal tray made it hard to fully close. It would latch the metal tray part but not the rest. So you’d have to really squeeze it together to latch both parts.

Lid is hard to close, sometimes won’t lose properly.

Adorable lunch boxes, but the silicone seal does not stay in place and the included ice packs do not stay cold for more than an hour/90 minutes.

I don't have a zero or a negative rating that can be provided as am left with one star .. this product does not deserve not even a star ..very poor fitting .. fitting the rubber that does not seal at all after a wash is a Hercules task ... I will not recommend as kids get double annoyed when they can't close the box in a minute rather struggle r take someone's help otherwise it leakssßssssssssssssss....

I actually really like the one i bought my son despite all the bad reviews. I came to repurchase for the new school year and I’m sad they’re discontinuing. Ours was great! No leaks, ice pack came off easily. Kept his food cold and it was easy for him to open and close (3year old)

Awesome bento style lunchbox. I love that the stainless steel interior pops out and can go right into the dishwasher for easy cleaning and that it comes with an ice pack to keep my son’s lunch cold.

Grip of the lunch box is very loose

I love the concept and color scheme, but that’s about where the love stops. This container comes with a regular tray, metal tray, and even an ice pack! It has a lot of configurations, but is only mediocre in performance. The seal doesn’t seem to work correctly and always wants to come off. The ice pack is hard to get on and off. The metal portion doesn’t keep food warm even after only 3 hours and in an insulated lunch box. I’d choose something else honestly

Bought two of these for my kids lunches. They keep their food cold for their lunch hour. It’s easy to open and close for my kids. Easy to clean all separate pieces
