A: Reset the watch by pressing the reset button with a pin next to USB port or charge for 3 hours

Got this as a gift for a 5 year old and he loves it so much! The charge holds pretty well and he finds the games entertaining. I took a star off because the little band that holds the excess of the watch band fell off and was lost so the end just sticks out and doesn’t hold to the watch which is pretty inconvenient having it stick out and poke out when wearing.

This was my 7 year old son's favorite Christmas gift this past year! It keeps a long charge, which is always a plus, but cannot be on its charger for longer than three hours. This watch is comfortable to wear and has so many things on it: alarm with super fun ringtones, voice recorder, pedometer, fun games, camera, timer, and more. I highly recommend this watch to any young Spiderman fan!

I bought it for my son. He absolutely loves it. He is able to take pictures and record videos. The battery seems to last very long. The sayings can be annoying but as long as he’s not replaying them it’s okay.

Bought this for my 5 year old, mainly to use as an alarm so he knows when to come home from our neighbor’s house. All of the extra stuff is cool and he loves it. But disappointed they don’t have a simple vibration function, or a less annoying alarm sound. They have three options that are all Spider-Man saying different things. It’s cool at first but he just repeats the same few words over and over. It gets annoying FAST. They could also stand to have an easier-to-read time and more wallpaper options.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my 4 year old nephew who loves Spider-Man. He was so excited to open it. You can imagine how disappointed he was when after a 3 hour charge, as indicated in the instructions, it won’t turn on.
