    The scooter stopped working after a few rides. It was a gift for Christmas and didn't last til January that SUCKS taking it back It really sucks because the scooter is nice my 4 year old loved it because its fast and the lights but something is definitely wrong as you can see others complaining aswell

    My son loved it, unfortunitely it stopped working in 5 months, battery died and charger indicator doesnt even show it charging it anymore, light, trying to contact customer service at Kimi via email, their contact us portal on their website no answer. 4 years old crying because he wants to use it but unfortunitely we cant even get in touch company for warranty repairs or replacement, also warranty on it is loughable only 6 months, and i think theuy know their product last about 6 months.

    I purchased this for my son for Christmas, so from Dec 25 - Jan 2nd it worked just fine. A little over a week it stopped working, the charger is showing it’s fully charged, however when we turn it on it just beeps as if it’s going dead. I purchased a new charger from Amazon, however that still didn’t work so the problem must be something with the battery. I’ll be returning this, as I see there’s not any in stock and lots of others are having the same issue.

    Bought this as a Christmas gift and it broke after a few rides. The battery cover underneath kept falling off mid ride, the wheel rear no longer spun correctly, made a loud clicking noise and the electric function shut off spontaneously even with a charged battery. Exchanged for a different scooter and this one’s even worse. Lasted one lap around the house and it already is beeping continuously and won’t work correctly after a full charge. Don’t waste your time, it’s a poorly made product.

    It doesn’t work! My son got this for Christmas, rode it around in the house for a few days, and after we charged it so that he could take it for a long ride outside it doesn’t stop beeping and the electric part doesn’t work. We tried all of the tutorials online (cleaning the break area, charging again, checking the connections) and nothing works. It’s just a very expensive three-wheel scooter without the electric capability. Unacceptable.

Then when he tried to use it the next day it would not stop beeping and was smoking from the base. Sadly, we had to return it. As another person stated the reviews are deceiving from August.     Scooter is great for kiddos just starting on electric scooter, but unfortunately, the first one we bought didn’t work and the second one we bought is now having issues after one day of use and won’t stop spinning even though power is not being pressed. Try to contact chat and call without success to help solve the issue. Also returning this product in the store to target was a big pain, since I had previously gotten the scooter on sale. This would be a great scooter if it actually didn’t have all the issues. Hopefully we either get a new one or figure out how to fix the last one and it will work.
