Tastes great but they fall apart too easily. I feel like I have to eat them over a plate or super fast to avoid dropping half of it on the floor. It makes me feel better about myself when I eat these instead of some type of snack cake.

Absolutely love these Kind snacks. Their only 150 calories and 5 grams of fat. Their really chewy wit a little crunch and you can really taste the chocolate with the little sesame seeds. They have 5 super grains in them also. I love to buy them by the big pack(more for your money) and throw 1 in my car for a snack on the road. My kiddos love them also. If you've not tryed them it's a must ..

I am on calorie-deficit diet and this amazing Dark Chocolate Chunk Bar is making me achieve my goal of losing weight faster. Have you ever tried to eat a Kind Healthy Grains bar? I find it’s like trying to eat birdseed, without the dark chocolate flavor it probably tastes similar too (lol). The bar just crumbles coming out of the package and would be better served as granola than an on the go snack. The bar boasts five super grains and is gluten free.

Bar crumbles and you can barley eat it. Also has discoloring that looks like the ink from the package has gone through to it. Don’t waste your money.

The bar has a variety of unrefined grains great for heart health. I especially enjoy the texture of the amaranth. The dark chocolate pieces are good too. The only downside is it has added sugars.
