These are some tasty healthy treats. Great for on the go or in between meals. They are chewy and is the perfect size for snacking or kid lunches. They have great ingredients and is a healthier option that other snack bars. They are easy to open and do not last long in my house.

I love these bars. I’ve had gastric sleeve surgery, so they are the perfect sized snack. Also, I have diabetes and they do not have a significant effect on my blood sugar, yet they satisfy my sweet tooth. They are delicious and a pretty healthy alternative to candy.

It was a good bar that helped anyone on a diet, including myself. Low in calories. I only eat one or two times per day, and they are in between meals to help with hunger. I enjoyed both flavors, and there were other options available.
