For years, I have been a fan of Kind Bars 5gram sugar Dark Chocolate Nuts and Sea Salt and always thought that there could be a smaller amount of sugar added to make this work. However, instead of less sugar, the serving size is smaller and the second ingredient is allulose, which I have never heard of. Kind says it has no added sugar or artificial sugar but allulose is an added sugar and is not a sugar I recognize, so I will stick with the original. I am very disappointed I bought this product and I wouldn’t recommend any of the zero kind bars. I personally think this product could have been done more naturally without the weird sugar.

It doesn’t fall apart when you eat it. It feels like you were eating a whole nut separately. It has so many nutty flavors in it as well. Next with the chocolate, it feels like there’s a little sheen of oil on the nuts so that you can chew them well and taste each one. Good texture. The product is a good value for the money. It is satisfying and staves hunger until the next meal. Whole ingredients that are clean and fits in with many people diets.
