My kids never get tired of playing with this sand. It’s extremely good quality and the colors are really vibrant. We have probably had every color and the sparkly options are really fun for them. It also lasts a really long time and anything on the floor is easy to sweep up. I never feel like it’s hard to clean, but it will get into cracks so if you have a table with any cracks you may want to cover those first. Otherwise, it’s a great option for keeping kids entertained.

Super messy! Leaves a waxy film on the floor, table, kids hands, etc. Takes a ton of effort to clean up.

Versatile, moldable sand that is fun for all ages, even adults. Colors and sparkles are as vibrant as they are on the package. Sand works the way it's supposed to. Doesn't leave dye residue on the hands. SUPER easy to clean up. It sticks to itself and you can pick up every last grain. Love that the bag is resealable for storage too. Lasts forever as long as it doesn't get dirty. Got this on sale, and it was an excellent value for the money. There's a very good amount of sand in the bag. Couldn't be more happy with it.

Hi there, We can confirm Kinetic Sand has been extensively tested and meets all necessary safety requirements. Kinetic Sand, like other molding and modeling compounds is recommended to be used under adult supervision and played with in a contained area. As stated in the instructions, some color transfer may occur during play and we always recommend using caution with the product around upholstery, carpeting, or other furniture. Like any other arts and crafts activities, washing of the hands and overall post cleaning procedures are recommended as this is considered a best safety practice after using any Kinetic Sand product. I usually buy a different brand, but ended up grabbing this one. It stained both my kids pink, and stuck to their hands, feet, legs and clothes. Such a mess. I will probably never buy this brand again.

I bought this to put in a bin for my kids to play with and they love it! I even love molding it and playing with it. It holds their attention for quite a while using little dump trucks and bulldozers, and they play restaurant and mold food and desserts to serve up. So much fun for them!

Omg this stuff is so awesome. I HATE playdoh and slime with a passion because of the mess and residue it can leave behind. This is the perfect solution to wanting to play with something similar, yet parents will love the easy clean up. My kids (4 under 7) all love playing with it. What I love is no matter how crazy a mess it looks like when they’re playing, I simply wipe the excess onto the floor and vacuum everything up in minutes. 100% would recommend and will buy more when I need to.

This is unlike the non-glitter version, it’s doesn’t just wipe off their hands so I have to make them wipe then wash hands every time they play with it. Will be replaced soon with the no glitter version. More likely to stain things.
