I have four sets of these sheets. Yes, these exact sheets. All in white. I purchased the first set and loved that they were so soft and replace my discontinued Nordstrom sheets. So i decided to purchase a second set. That set came out scratchy (they do soften the more you wash them), but definitely not as soft as the first set I bought.I even compared the tag on the fitted sheet to confirm I had bought the correct set. I decided to banish that set to my guest room. Bought another set for my Master and they are soft like the first set. So, I think this is an issue with the factory where they are made. This is why some are having positive reviews and some are having negative reviews. Five star for the softer set and 2-star for the scratchy set. Decided on a four star review. The scratcy ones feel more like a super crisp cotton. Not terrible, but not the best if you prefer softer.

I've had these for 6 months now only switching out with another set of sheets every so often. I let large dogs in my bed and they get washed very frequently, but they have held up to against any other set I've purchased, even ones for a similar price. I love the feel and material as well. I think that they are worth the money for the durability alone.

I absolutely love the quality of these sheets. If you love thick crisp cotton sheets these are for you. The quality and comfort is there plus extra elastic band to keep them on the bed. These are deep pocket and fit my memory foam mattress and topper perfectly.

I love these sheets. I live a in very humid climate year round, I hate sweating in my sheets at night or feeling like they are flimsy. I have went through so many different sets. I got this set 50% off a few months ago. I am back to buy a second set. Not sure why people say they are scratchy?! They are very nice, thick and keep me at a perfect temp. I can't wait to get in my bed after a long day. They have elastic on the corners, I never have issues with them coming off either--which is amazing! I love these sheets, I don't pay attention to the negative reviews. It took me a long time to finally find a good sheet set!!

Definitely not 800TC quality! When you wash them prior to use, they come out hard, scratchy and canvas feel. I’m using them as drop cloths when painting now because there’s no way I can sleep on them and I’m not that picky.

We bought the Mauve colour, needing another set of sheets that weren't flannels. These met the criteria beautifully. They are soft, they are comfortable, and, I must admit, a little too warm. (But take that underconsideration knowing this review is from a middle aged female experiencing hot flashes.) The colour is my absolute favourite thing about them, so much prettier and richer than expected! They also have the bands at the corners to preclude the fitted sheeting from moving too much. Love these! You will not be disappointed!

The only thing I like is the color (purchased mauve). These sheets are hard, scratchy, and super uncomfortable. Feels like I’m sleeping on sandpaper!! Tbh, They are hard and durable. well and do not get a ton of wrinkles, however the comfort is so bad they still get only 1 star. Super disappointing. $110 is a joke.

Google "800 thread count sheets" before buying! I returned mine after realizing the Federal Department of Commerce issued an opinion years ago saying companies should stop artificially inflating thread counts. Most companies stopped apparently so seeing Target deceive customers this way is sad! Anything over 600 thread count for a cotton sateen weave is a red flag! There are some good articles online about how to pick sheets worth the money. They felt no softer than the $50 400 thread count ones I bought there, likely because an 800 thread count is likely half that, so also 400. You're paying $45 more for a marketing scheme and the color basically.

These sheets are buttery soft and have a slight sheen to them that I find pretty! They fit perfectly over taller mattresses and I appreciate the “top or bottom” tags attached. I bought my first set in dark gray 4 years ago and they have been holding up very well. The first set I bought only came with 2 pillow cases, so I was pleasantly surprised to find that there are now 4 pillow cases in this set! I got the mauve this time and this color is so pretty!! These will last years, I would say they’re worth every penny!

I don't write a lot of reviews but after a few months of using these sheets and washing them several times, they certainly did not get softer (as they usually do after several washes) and are still very rough, stiff and somehow, "loud" when rolling over. Certainly unlike other sheets in this thread count. Like some other revierers also reported, the sheets had weird stains after being washed. I don't eat or drink in bed, but after the sheets were washed (I don't use pods either), there were weird stains. I'd give 0 stars if that was an option. Back these go.

I bought these sheets becuase I thought they would be soft and silky. One year later and we've officially taken them out of rotation. They are the most stiff and scratchy sheets that we have. A big disappontment.
