I bought it in August it had a use in put and when washing it by machine as it is supposedly certified the cotton velvet very bad quality it was rough, old. I return it because I can’t stay with a product of those wrong characteristics. I don’t recommend it

I've used this for a couple of weeks and it is falling apart! The way it is constructed causes the "velvet " to easily come out. Listen to this and all of the other negative reviews. Avoid this item! What a disappointing purchase, surely hoping I get a refund for this.

I received a used comforter. The quality control must be horrible as it is very easily determined to be a used product. I get that people return things but at least repackage it so it looks new. I can’t really speak to the quality of the item as I didn’t take it out of the bag when I realized it was used.

I purchased this set because it was on sale. I have a king-sized bed and the fit is great. it drapes over the sides nicely, it's not too short like a lot of these king-sized comforters are now. Love the feel of the velvet and its not velvet on both sides so it doesn't get too hot. It's not super heavy or light either, it's perfect for the fall-winter season. Overall $55 for a king set is a great deal in my opinion.

Disappointment in Durability: A Year with My Comforter

I've had this comforter for a year now, and I've been washing it every two weeks to keep it fresh. Unfortunately, I've noticed that it's started to tear in several spots, which is quite disappointing. The stuffing often bulges out, and I find myself having to push it back in regularly. While I really love the color and how it brightens up my room, I can't help but feel let down by the overall quality of the material. It's frustrating that something I hoped would last is showing so many signs of wear and tear after just a year.

Not high quality. Very disappointed by this comforter (especially considering the price). First time washing it and it fell apart. There’s two large holes already even following the directions on the tag. Washed and dried on delicate and low heat. The coloring faded out very badly in several spots. It’s yellowing in several areas. I had been looking at this for a while before I bought it. I’ve only had it about a week. Very disappointed.

Really like the color. I bought the green which was a very soft almost sage color. The feel is nice but like another reviewer said it shows wrinkles really bad. The big disappointment is that no shams were included in my 3 piece set. The set was unopened so not sure what happened here. Pretty bummed.

This comforter is very comfortable and stylish, but there is something to consider before purchasing. Since this comforter is velvet, it WILL show imperfections. Any wrinkles will be obvious. Spot cleaning is probably not the best decision as it is likely to leave marks and remove some of the fibers in my experience. I was worried this comforter would be too heavy for the summer, but it’s perfect all year round.

I was really excited for this comforter it looked great, until I washed it (followed the instructions) and when I took it out of the washer the seams had split, if it was just a small area I would've fixed it but it was almost the entire length, and more than one side. Returned it😔

Unfortunately the threading on this comforter is not good quality and after one was there was a seam loose. I sewed it up thinking I really like it and it was an easy fix. Fast forward to my most recent wash and there’s another seam opening on another part of the comforter. If you buy I hope to have better luck than I have.
