King of Christmas Artificial Christmas Tree Unlit, King Fraser Fir Artificial Xmas Tree with Metal Stand

I bought 5 different trees, and this was hands down the winner. I paid around $350 on sale, and I know it will last a very long time. It looks extremely real, it needs very little fluffing, and is very full. I actually ordered the 9ft version, contemplating going larger, but honestly was not impressed. It did not have a greater amount of tips to fill it in like the 7.5ft one does. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed! (please ignore the mess in the photo lol)

Have not taken the tree out of the box yet, but we did open the box. The tree branches look great. The branches look real. Excited and can't wait for Christmas.

Yet, despite its hefty price tag, the delivery company entrusted with my festive dreams simply dropped the tree somewhere unknown, and King of Christmas's response left me feeling more Bah-Humbug than Merry Christmas. Their delivery policy, demanding a police report for lost packages, felt like a slap in the face. How could I file a report when the tree never saw my doorstep? Was I expected to track down every porch pirate in town? The burden of proof seemed placed firmly on me, the customer who spent a small fortune trusting their service. Weeks of anticipation turned into crushing disappointment. Christmas came and went, leaving a hollow space where our festive centerpiece should have been. Decorations remained unpacked, lights unstrung, the spirit of the season dampened by this logistical nightmare. Instead of offering proactive solutions or empathetic support, King of Christmas hid behind their policy, leaving me feeling unheard and undervalued. Was their premium price supposed to reflect subpar delivery practices? Where was the signature confirmation, the extra security, the assurance that matched their hefty price tag? This experience wasn't just about a missing tree; it was about shattered trust and a company prioritizing policy over customer experience. To anyone considering King of Christmas, let my lost holiday serve as a cautionary tale. Consider the hidden costs – not just financial, but the potential emotional toll of lost memories and a tarnished holiday spirit. Perhaps, for the price of one of their "premium" trees, you can find a company that values your celebration as much as your wallet.

We bought on sale after Christmas. Haven't put up yet, ( of course:) but took out of the box, tried the lights and love the look and feel of this tree! Can't wait to try out at Christmas this year and hopefully many years to come. It seems very well made and the size will fit perfectly in our home. The size is somewhere between a wide tree and a pencil tree…Thanks, King of Christmas!

Everything was as shown...ordering was easy, and I was glad to get the after Christmas discount! They also kept me well apprised as to when my order was shipping/when to expect it etc. Good experience overall!

Beautiful full and real looking tree! Sturdy, but easy setup. It is my first artificial tree and I wish I had bought it years ago!

I originally ordered this tree in the 9 foot size, thinking I had a taller ceiling. Customer service was excellent! I exchanged for same tree in 7 1/2 foot height. Easy to exchange. Fed X came the next day for pick up. Customer service can be busy but you can leave a number for them to call back and they did within a half hour. I have not opened tree to check since it is after Christmas. I look forward to decorating it this coming season.

I won't know fully until next year when it is put to use.

We have always gotten a real Christmas tree. The past five years we have struggled to find a live Christmas tree that looks good and doesn't cost more than $200. We took advantage of the after Christmas sale and purchased a 9 foot of Christmas tree. It's a It's an investment that will pay off in just a couple of years. Looking forward to, a beautiful pre-lit tree for years to come.

I LOVE this unlit tree! We have several KOC flocked trees, this was our first unlit! the quality is exceptional. It needed little in fluffing and adding lights was easy! The tree is so realistic that everyone who came to visit over the holidays, had to see if it was real (this is a replacement for a real tree this year). I would not hesitate to purchase again, and highly recommend all products I have purchased from KOC.

I host Christmas for my family ~ 21 people. Everyone was complimenting me on my new tree. I truly love it and just took it down today January 21! It brought me joy.

This was our first year replacing our main tree with an artificial one and we were thrilled with the difference. This is a beautiful tree, easy to assemble and easy to store. We were very satisfied with everything: price, quality, delivery and setup and takedown.

We were told my customer rep that the branches were NOT made of rubber, but more of a traditional look. That is NOT the case. For the price of the tree, we felt like we were being told the truth. From the images provided online, the branches look much more real and not made of rubber. VERY DISAPPOINTING! And, again at that price, not a happy purchase. Plus, it was not delivered on the date promised, and I had to message you to find out what the status was. Bad customer service. We were soooo looking forward to our new tree, and now.....we feel like we were hoodwinked. Sad.....and disappointing.
