I bought this duvet 3 years ago in a queen size and loved it so much that when we bought a new king sized bed I had to have the same duvet. It is completely different color and much lower quality. The queen size looks just like the picture. The king sized is way lighter in color, it literally looks like a sun faded version of the queen. The back side of the queen is a nice soft cream. The back side of the king is stark white. The queen size is so soft and luxurious feeling, but the king feels plasticky. I am so disappointed. I will absolutely be returning this item.

The image on this duvet is very vibrant, and true to the colors shown on the target site. It's incredibly soft, but also quite thin. I'm worried about how well it will wear over time. It's also not wide enough to drape well over a king size bed, a bit too narrow. It was a gift for our son, had he not loved it so much we would have returned it based on the size. It may be a good idea to size up if you're looking for a queen duvet.
