Q: is this bed compliant with Proposition 65?
A: All of our products are designed to meet the highest voluntary and mandatory standards set forth by the American Society for Testing and Material and Consumer Products and Safety Commission. Currently Cal. Prop. 65 lists almost 1,000 chemicals. The State of California periodically adds chemicals to this list. It is not possible to test a product for each and every chemical that appears on the list or those added to the list subsequent to the product entering the marketplace. However, Hillsdale does test its products for Prop. 65 listed chemicals that have been commonly associated with furniture to ensure that such chemicals are not present or are present at levels that do not require a warning. As a result, Hillsdale has a high degree of assurance that its products comply with Prop. 65.

Q: this particular bed states it is 96 in depth (length of side rails) everwhere I look, but most king beds are closer to 85 - is this accurate?
