Which didn't bother me because it's a healthier option. I used it to make some chicken noodle soup and the results are great. Definitely something I would recommend especially if you're looking for lower sodium.

I made chicken ramen as you can see and I added a splash, you don't feel that much difference in terms of flavor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like to drink bone-broth in the morning with collagen powder and Miso, and the miso adds to the salt level in a broth, so I often look for low-sodium broth or stock options when I'm unable to make my own, and this was a great addition to the morning routine! I did need to add a small amount of sea-salt to my taste, but it's much easier to add salt than take away! I would absolutely use this brand and product again.
