I use this everyday. At first, I found it too large but I got used to it. I love if, I'll forever replace it if it breaks but it's surprisingly durable. My toddler threw it around tiled flooring and hasn't cracked (yet)!

After less than a month, this clip will not close anymore. I have fairly thick hair but I have a bunch of clips & this has NEVER happened. It won't keep my hair up so it's useless. The color is great & it seems like great quality but the fact that it won't close anymore is a first and very annoying.

Beautiful clip, and love the perfect large size. But broke within the first few months—the little plastic piece that connects the long 2 sides. So now the clip won’t open & close. I’m careful/gentle with my hair accessories so I really don’t know how it broke :-(

I loved the first ones I got. Then I ordered 3 or 4 and all broke within 2 weeks-they would not close properly. I’m sad these don’t work as I have a lot of hair and I was happy to find them. The worst part was I tried to post on Facebook to ask if anyone else had the problem and kitsch would not let me post that. They did replace the first one this happened to. I like the company and will keep ordering the shampoo bars but the experience with these clips made me a bit upset. If they’d just fix the flaw I might buy them again. Oh and not censor me....
