I mostly bought this because I have an obsession with this particular colour and I also needed hair clips. I didn't want to use plastic ones because they can get caught in my hair since it's thick and curly. The metal ones glide right through the hair and secure well. The only issue I have is that I noticed after maybe a few wears that the outside was peeling off. It started to flake little parts of the design. They get the job done and are super cute!

These are very strong, sturdy clips with a great oil slick/iridescent finish. I think the will last a lot longer than others I have bought. The are a little smaller but have no trouble handling all my hair for styling. Outstanding choice for me.
