But my cheap Walmart insulated bottles keep water colder longer than this high dollar bottle. The only reason I gave it 2 stars and not 1 is that the twist cap is excellent in my opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lid design is poorly thought out and executed. The amount of pieces to disconnect in order to clean it is atrocious. Where the straw can be pulled out will get moldy inside and is absolutely terrible to clean out (zero of my different brushes can get into that area). I threw my lid out and will recycle my bottle. This design is not it. I would rather spend my time doing something else than taking this lid apart and cleaning it over and over again. Bleck.

Though I used it only a handful of times due to leaking. I thought it is leak proof but apparently it isn't. I clean it after each use, unfortunately the silicon part of the straw started smelling bad and it already has some damage from pulling it out from the cap. I'm a bit disappointed because I wanted to love the bottle but now, $40 have been wasted on the bottle that will be sitting in my cabinet and warranty is so hard to get through.
