Durable tissues, but not very gentle. I still got a red and sore nose from use. Does not come close in quality to Puffs Plus Lotion! I like the small box for traveling, but wouldn’t buy again.

I will always keep a box of Kleenex, and Kleenex only, on my desk and beside tables at all times. I currently have the soothing lotion tissues at work which is perfect for allergy season. My eyes get teary eyed throughout the day with the pollen and these are the best tissues to help dry up my face. The best part about these tissues is their strength. A lot of other brands tend to fall apart the second they get some moisture, but these hold through and you won’t feel icky after sneezing. Additionally, these are soft on your face so you won’t get nose burn from using them. Overall, these are an office essential and I would recommend always keeping a box close by!

I have been using Kleenex brand facial tissues for 50 plus years. Until now, I have always been a loyal customer. Your product of trusted care facial tissues have declined so drastically they’re NOT worth carrying the name Kleenex on the box. They are so thin that my fingers go through the tissue as I am blowing my nose. These tissues are no better than no-name brands. You would think your reputation for facial tissues still mattered but sadly it doesn’t seem to be the case. Ironically on the bottom of the box it says ,”2 Strong Layers.” That is false advertising. You need to change it to, 2 Weak Thin Layers. So very disappointed in a brand we use to love and trust.

Being a lifelong user of Kleenex products (nearly 80 years), it has been VERY disturbing, disappointing and downright infuriating to now discover a production flaw, in my view, in which the tissues are connected, rather than separate inside the box. This is causing a string of tissues to exit the box with each pull of an anticipated single sheet. For whatever reason this "improvement" was put in place, it needs to STOP, immediately. Please bring back my single sheet Kleenex tissues.

I like the calm design on the tissue box. The actual tissues are not too thin and do feel like they are infused to be softer to the touch. The “lotion” is not a noticeable feel, which is good.

I’ve been using Kleenex Soothing Lotion tissues for a while now, and they are by far the best! The first thing I love is their incredible softness. Other than not liking the design on the box, it works as it should. It is a thick soft Kleenex and does not irrate the family's skin. For those that use tissues to clean their eyes glasses, I do not recommend to do so, since this hass soothing lotion added it.
