Description
90 x 90 Silicon Composite Hybrid Tractrix HornHorn loading maximizes efficiency and increases detail while focusing high frequencies towards the listening area. Proprietary Tractrix geometry provides the most efficient transfer of high-frequency waves into the listening area. The phase plug and compressed molded silicon face ensure smooth frequency response. When combined the cleanest most natural sound possible is created. The second generation increases horn size for a larger soundstage and enhanced directivity.
Linear Travel Suspension (LTS) Titanium Diaphragm TweeterThe exclusive Linear Travel Suspension minimizes distortion for enhanced detailed performance. LTS tweeters are a hallmark of previous Reference lines making it a core component of some of the best speakers in the world.
Vented Tweeter DesignThe vented tweeter housing reduces standing waves that create unwanted harmonics resulting in enhanced detail and clarity in high-frequency reproduction.
Cerametallic Woofers All-New DesignA signature feature on the Reference Premiere series Cerametallic woofers are exceptionally rigid and lightweight for minimal distortion and maximum efficiency. New voice coils are 70% larger in diameter resulting in improved power handling and greater cone control for greater linearity and flawless reproduction. New aluminum shorting rings reduce distortion as well as increase power handling and the new motor structure improves transit response with more control greater speed and accuracy.
Tractrix PortsUtilizing Tractrix geometry the Reference Premiere ports allow for the most efficient fastest air transfer from the cabinet which reduces port noise for punchier low frequencies. Klipsch Tractrix ports have custom-designed inner flares that help reduce air turbulence entering the port. Less turbulent air helps reduce port noise for cleaner more powerful bass.
Bi-Wiring / Bi-Amping CapabilityDual input terminals for bi-wiring / bi-amping capabilities. Bi-wiring separates high and low-frequency current into separate speaker cables reducing intermodulation distortion for a clearer midrange. Bi-amping allows for customization using outboard crossovers when using separate amplifiers.
Advanced Cabinet DesignAdditional bracing and a divided cabinet have been added to minimize cabinet resonances and vibration for the utmost transparency and clarity.
Refined Atmos ConnectionsUpgrading to Dolby Atmos is extremely easy with the simple and hidden connections located on the back of the speakers. These refined connections reduce the amount of wire seen and hold them in place for better wire management.
New and Improved Input PanelFeaturing audiophile-grade wire and easily accessible aluminum binding posts for any connection type.

Crisp and clear at just about any volume playing music or listening to the soundtrack of a movie. I tend a little more toward treble and I changed the crossover frequency to 70hz and the horns did the job. They’re paired with 12”Klipsch sub at 80hz so there’s good balance on the low end too.

Excellent Product, quality, fits very nicely in with our 2 Klipsch M50 bookshelf speakers. Sounds great. We have also coupled it with a Rega Planar 3 50th anniversary turntable and a Sony CD-C600 disc changer, Emotiva pre-amp and amp for a tremendous full sound. Nicely done
The best!

Wonderful speakers. Great sound and clarity, range of sound is excellent. I wish the manual provided better clarity as to set up, but local audio shop came through.

Sound great but wish I'd order dual 8"s for more midrange and sound to make up for the powered sub. Still real nice though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These speakers are amazing and make clear crisp sound. I love the way how modern and sleek they look. I recently upgraded to RP-6000F II speakers and I am so happy. These are so easy to set up and use. These speakers give you the sound like you are sitting in a theater. And that Feel is awesome. You can connect with the dolby atmos speakers. The front screen has magnetic snap which is easy for on and off. Truly magnificent speakers I am enjoying. Live the sound.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Equipment used during review. Receiver: Denon 3600H receiver – 105W at 2 channel driven Amplifier: Emotiva XPA 5 – 200W x 5 channel driven Source: Compact Disc (CD) playback with PlayStation 3 Playlist: Rihanna – Unapologetic Van Halen – 1984 Carlos Santana – Supernatural Andrea Bocelli – Sogno David Guetta – One Love Summary and Impressions: The Klipsch RF 6000F II Floor standing speakers are well built, attractive, and sonically sound. Although to achieve their highest potential it requires careful attention to gear selection and the proper room environment. It sounded significantly better when driven at 200W added amplification compared to 105W from receiver only. The sound improved when I added more carpeting in the room and wall dampening foam board. Additionally, speaker placement and vertical tilt improved my listening experience. I listened to variety of musical genres for specific tacks and songs I’m familiar to. I listened for female and male vocals. Rhythmic drums and guitar riffs in rock and roll tracks. I also listened to Dance/R&B music which have superior recording with clear and detailed tracks. I’ve listened to the above playlist on numerous floor standing, bookshelf, and receiver/amplification combinations over the years and know well to listen to different subtleties in each playback experience. Sonic Signature with only Denon 3600H: At 105W x 2 channel showed the RP 6000F II shortcomings when paired with lower watt receivers and amps. Although they are rated above 90 sensitivity, they only come alive at higher quality and quantity watt amps paired with a warmer signature PreAmp/Processor/Receiver unlike the dryer Denon natural sound signature. Highs: the upper octave is more pronounced, and the middle and bottom are lacking Mids: Low mids is more pronounced but lacking in the middle and upper chest hitting drum rhythmics Bass: The most low end bass is lacking but good mid to upper bass Sonic Signature with Emotiva external amp attached to the only 3600H: Driven at above 200W with my higher quality and double the wattage the RP 6000F II instantly becomes more authoritative and mature sounding bringing the room alive. All the absent gaps in the highs, mids, and bass are filled in sounding complete to compete with any audio playback thrown at it. Highs: The middle and bottom octaves are filled in to better match naturally pronounced upper octaves Mids: Upper mids improves to match low mids that’s naturally pronounced but still lacks a bit in the middle chest hitting drum rhythmics Bass: The upper and middle bass tightened up and are more authoritative. The most low end bass is better but still lacking given its only a six inch woofer with dual rear ports. Imaging: The most surprising thing was how sensitive the speakers are to tow in placement, room insulation environment, and vertical off axis imaging. Standing versus sitting greatly improved how much bass is available to feel and listen while walking and standing. The speakers are naturally tilted up which explains it. The horn tweeter imaged vertical and horizontally very well and a lot better than I’m used to from previous horn loaded tweeter of similar size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Make no mistake, these new and updated RP-6000F II floor standing speakers are worth the upgrade. They look and sound fabulous on their own but when paired with the dolby atmos speakers and or the rear surround bundle... you can really create a personalized sound stage. I found myself finding more and more reasons to test the highs and lows -- from different movies to different flac concert sets -- this is really an audiophile's dream and at such a tremendous value.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I set these up right away and boy do they sound good. Its just the start of my surround sound system, but I needed to hear them right away. Let me tell you these floor speakers to not disappoint. Even with my older model receiver, the highs were crisp and the bass deep. The built in cross overs allow each driver to do its job to precision, giving you the full spectrum of sound. The instructions are just pictorial, but ultimately you are just hooking up speaker wires. I love that they have a pass through for Atmos speakers to be added on. This allows you to expand easily in the future, especially if utilizing for a movie room. There is nothing missing from the sound quality, and even at the highest output of my receiver there is no distortion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a big time enthusiasts on electronics. I enjoy the mechanics of it and I love when a product just blows me away . The sound quality on these speakers can be heard from the end of my neighborhood. The bass these speakers give off is impeccable. No crackling or distortion sounds when I have the bass on the highest settings. It plays the music with ease and sounds so amazing . The look of the speakers is very stylish and it goes well with my home decor . Hookup is pretty easy and I took me around ten minutes to do both . It would of been a shorter time but I like things perfect and I didnt wont any wires showing from behind . The speaker mesh screening that can be placed to protect the speakers is very nice and well built . They stay put and don't come off atrach and detach very easily with the built in magnets . I love the look of the actual speakers themselves so I decided to remove the mesh screen from them . We watch a lot of movies in our house and having the speakers really amps up the movie experience in our home . Its like we are in our own theater. I can't say anything bad about these speakers I love them . Very powerful . Listening to music sounds so nice . I'd give ten stars if I could. Now all I need is to get the matching pair of speakers that sit on top . The tweeters also sound impeccable. Amazing sound also and the performance on them are great . Having hard wood floors in my home i enjoyed the fact the speakers have rubber padding on them so I won't have any issues with them damaging my floors . The design of the connections for the wires was built well and so easy to hook up . The nice slim design of them doesn't take up much room . There is also a built in cord clamp to keep the wires looking nice and tidy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can I tell you how excited I was for these speakers? I have been browsing for a good speaker set for when I watch movies. Klipsch RP-6000F II speakers have outdone my expectations. Not only do the speakers sound amazing, they make it feel like I am in the movie! THAT right there was what I was looking for. The set up was extremely easy with a couple wire connections. The feet have rubber bottoms so I do not have to worry about damaging my floor. The front screen is magnetic and snaps right on and off with a breeze when needed. They are thin and I had the perfect space for them right next to my TV stand. You have outdone my expectations Klipsch - keep it going!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Klipsch - RP-6000F II floor-standing speakers are very high quality and they provide an outstanding dynamic, crisp, clear immersive sound experience. The speakers are a beautiful sleek modern design with a slim profile and an ebony wood finish. I like that you have the option to expose the front or have it covered with the removable face plate. The connections in the back are very easy to hook up and take very little effort. They are a weighty speaker but easy to move and hook up by yourself and are very sturdy on their supportive feet. These are some of the best speakers have ever had. They are just amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I think of Klipsch speakers, I think of the top notch, highest quality you can get for your home. The RP-6000F II is no exception. These are beautiful speakers with a beautiful ebony finish and dual 6.5" cerametallic woofers. These blend nicely with our decor and really just add to our entertainment system. These took my entertainment system to the next level with brilliant, crisp, responsive sound and powerful bass. Setup was easy, with two of us--it took less than 30 minutes to go from unboxing to being able to use them. I like that you can purchase additional products to pair with this or that it works perfectly with our existing products. The speaker comes with a magnetic grate keeping them safe and protected. The quality of these speakers is just incredible, I enjoy listening to all sounds that come out of these and am constantly impressed. Highly recommend for an absolute incredible sound experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These speakers are no joke. You need to be quite serious about your sound system when getting into these super high-quality speakers. Deep bases and crisp tones really make these standout. They are huge and only compatible with a more complex sound system but if you are ready, these are an amazing companion to your various sound experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To round off a newly installed surround sound system, dual standing floor speakers were added to the mix. These towers are exactly what you are looking for if you are wanting to book end an entertainment center with rich, immersive sound. These speakers are heavy so make sure you properly move them into their correct positions and make sure to have ample speaker wire at your disposal too as these speakers to not come with any provided. There is even a handy built in cord clip on these speakers to assure a tidy presentation and that the cords don't get messy. The rose gold speaker accent colors are great, and match other speakers in this line to assure a seamlessly visual experience. Hooking up will be a breeze assuming your receiver has the correct markings for each channel to align to. The sound of these speakers is amazing, just like the other speakers in this line, the sound is crisp, responsive and loud (if needed). If you are looking for a great experience I would recommend this line of speakers to provide a top tier audio experience. When paired with a good receiver this set up is sure to open the eyes of those who are on the hunt for a great pair of floorstanding speakers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The RP-6000F II speakers are the best, high end, clear, crisp sound. Each speaker comes with two 6.5in. speakers and a titanium tweeter. Pairing mine with a subwoofer to give the base even more thump. Easy to install and you can even add more speakers to make it won't complete set up. I love how it comes with magnetic covers to keep your speakers clean and damage free. Highly recommend.
