Q: Does this contain onions or garlic? I just see "spices" and theose two spices do not agree with my stomach, unfortunately.

A: Thanks for taking the time to reach out! These Chicken Bouillon Cubes aren't in the form of Jelly. A small amount of fat or oil is added to keep the cubes soft, which makes them dissolve more easily. We hope this helps.

This is basically just salt and MSG with some flavoring. Terribly unhealthy. If you’re already going to the trouble of making homemade soup, at least use healthy stock or broth.

These products will now contain some added MSG or monosodium glutamate. As a natural flavor enhancer, MSG helps amplify the perception of salt with far lesser sodium, while also providing a savory, umami element to a dish. We reintroduced MSG to our Knorr Sides products to help reduce salt to support a healthier diet while maintaining the flavor that you love and expect from Knorr. These changes also address the recent FDA guidance on voluntary sodium reduction in packaged & prepared products.

The texture is small but as you being to cook the texture is easily dissolved into your food. The cooking instructions are listed in the back of the packaging for those whom never used this seasoning but I'm sure you'll love it.
