The chocolate chips are the only good thing in this. I tried this with water and it was very dry, tasteless, chewy. Very gross, not worth the money at all.

This is horrible. It's completely bland, even when made with milk. It has a weird chewy texture, probably due to the chemicals in the ingredients. It kinda reminds me of a kitchen sponge, and while I've never tried to bite one, the texture seems awfully similar. These cups don't taste (or even smell) like chocolate. They're completely flavorless, with just a slight bitter smell that might be a touch chocolatey. Just bland, slightly chemical tasting sponginess. Deeply disappointing. It should actually be quite easy to make a brownie in a cup that tastes and feels like an actual brownie. But Kodiak can't? Sad.

Not good. Not sweet at all. Definitely wouldn’t compare it to a brownie. I threw it out after the first bite. Maybe if you don’t like sweet stuff you’ll like it.

OMG!!! That's Kodiak Brownie Cups are so delicious! I do add some whip cream & sugar free chocolate syrup to give me that extra treat. I especially like the quick preparation & especially the fact that ''m getting increased protein from the Kodiak products!

Am I the only one who is finding these little waxy bits in the mix?? I have tried to look past it but there’s a ton of the little bits and because it’s a waxy substance it seems to melt once microwaved. Not sure if this is just some of the ingredients binding together or if it’s actually straight up wax. Makes me sad because they taste really good but I worry that I’m just consuming inedible wax. I’d love for the company to contact me regarding this because I can’t seem to find anyone else experiencing this

Hey there! We hope we can provide some clarity on this! The pieces you are referring to are made up of palm oil. Oil is used in cooking to keep the muffin/flapjack moist. Not being able to use a liquid oil in our dry mix, we use palm oil (solid at room temperature) instead. These pieces are not noticeable after the muffin has been cooked.

I made a cup for my hubby to try with me. I used lactose free whole milk which made the brownies even creamier than when I used water. He loved them and said the only thing that would make it better would be a scoop of vanilla ice cream! I love the rich chocolate taste and an extra I love is nothing to wash after eating, except the spoon. Recommend this to chocolate lovers!

Perhaps you should Print the instructions in a LARGER FONT, and with more contrast. Black print on a dark brown background is IMPOSSIBLE to read. Not to mention the paper gives off a shine from the light. HORRIBLE Printing. Even the ingredients are easier to read as they are at least in bold.

I wasn't sure what to expect of this brownie in a cup, but wanted a treat and the 10g of protein helped me decide to try it. It was so easy and turned out so well! I put whipped cream on top and it was perfect! What's keeping it from five stars? I can barely read the instructions on the cup. Please use white printing against the brown background, or just print it on white paper!

My fiancé and I have been buying the brownie cups for over a year now and when they turn out good, they taste amazing. However, I’m so done wasting money on them. The majority of the brownie cups will not rise and comes out doughy and tasteless. I believe the recommended amount of water to be used is very wrong but I’ve also made them with less water or with milk and had the same results. I’m not sure if hay could be done but I know I’m done with spending money on a let down.
