I got this thinking it would be an interesting emergency snack to have when a late night sushi craving hits, but ended up bringing it to work last minute for lunch. I'm SO glad I did. My office is nowhere near a sushi restaurant for takeout so I wil absolutely be stocking up on these - it was so easy to prepare, soooo tasty and surprisingly filing. I microwaved them for a minute, flipped them and microwaved again for 10 secs and it was perfect - i could not believe this rice had been frozen, it tasted exactly like real, fresh sushi. I actually did not even realize this California Roll was VEGAN too until I read the box while I was eating it. No idea how they get the crab to taste so real. The wasabi sauce it comes with is so good too. This absolutely blew my mind and I can't wait to try the tuna avocado roll or the poke bowls!
