I've been taking Krill Oil for about a month and I've noticed my knee pain has decreased and I can actually put weight on it now and walk up steps.

They gradually start to work and help me feel physically relaxed, which also helps me mentally relax. I haven’t had any negative side effects. This helps my daily life.

I like that they have different sized capsules available for those who don't love swallowing large pills. This product is a smaller capsule size than the smallest krill oil capsule. I didn't experience any negative effects, such as fish burps, with these. I didn't notice whether I’d experienced any of the benefits they claim to provide. I was mostly interested in a more restful sleep.
