A: Thank you for your question! This is a product which is sliced in the deli department. The amount of carbs would vary depending on how thick/thin you wish the slices to be cut. We calculate our nutrition statement using a 56 gram slice (about 2 ounces) and this size slice has 1 gram of carbohydrates. I hope this helps! I love the large diameter of the surface area of the ham, able to fold over and comfortably fit between two slices of bread. High quality brand!

It tastes great on its own, on a sandwich, a breakfast sandwich or in an omelette. For myself, I like to make little ham rolls and add honey mustard to the center or make a little ham and mozzarella roll. I will definitely be making this purchase again in the future because it is good!
Not too salty, however I didn’t taste much ham flavor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Influenster sent me a coupon to redeem up to a pound of this product for my honest opinion. It took me a month to redeem my coupon. The closest grocery store that carries this product is 15 miles/30 minutes away. I was finally able to get the ham yesterday, the day before my review is due. Today, I made a sandwich with it and it was pretty good! A lot of the times, ham is too salty for me. This one had just the right amount of saltiness. However, I didn’t taste much ham flavor. I’m not sure if it’s because of the other items in my sandwich though. If this was available closer to me, I’d occasionally purchase this.

I put it in sandwiches for my kiddos and a wrap for myself with lettuce, cheese, pickles, and mayo! We all loved it. You would never know it was low sodium it has great flavor and would be really good on or in anything. I will definitely get it again and would definitely recommend to friends and family!

I already love the sandwiches Kreischmar makes, so I was excited to try the “off the bone” ham. They sliced it fresh for me in the deli and I used it to make a ham grilled cheese sourdough sandwich. The ham is “lower sodium”, yet still have a great salty and sweet flavor and was very juicy. It was delicious and definitely is high quality meat. There were no fatty pieces to disrupt my sandwich eating experience. I will definitely choose this brand of meat again and again!
