Kristin Ess Lightweight Hair Oil - Treat + Moisturize for Shiny Hair - 1.69 fl oz

I have dry hair. I use this midway down to my ends before I'm going to shampoo my hair. Really makes my hair shiny and soft. I also use her milk oil on my scalp before shampooing. I really like her line of hair products!

I used not even a dime size for all my hair and it just made it feel very oily and nasty. Not lightweight.

This is literally a bunch of chemicals and fragrance + sesame seed oil? None of this seems beneficial to hair. Don’t get me wrong, there’s nothing wrong with some chemical additives to smooth and protect hair from heat but there are no good, nourishing oils in here.

I’ve noticed a difference in my hair almost immediately after I started using this hair oil. I leave it in my hair for about 20 minutes before I shower and use the Kristin ess shampoo and conditioner. My hair is the softest it’s ever been!

Obviously it’s an oil, but it makes your hairy extremely oily with only a tiny amount of product. Not a “healthy glow”.. more like a “haven’t washed my hair in 2 weeks”. Had to return it and will be going back to my old Dae product.

It’s a really beautiful bottle and a good amount of product. I don’t use oil much as I have thin hair but this isn’t too heavy or thick with a texture that weighs down. I like to put it on before I wash to help moisturize my hair and then sometimes wear overnight like a mask in my hair. My hair is too oily to wear it on a daily basis.

The packaging was the only part of this softening oil that I slightly enjoyed. Same as the conditioner, this formula even after minimal application of the product completely ruined my freshly washed hair leaving major trauma signs of oil and grease. I was so frustrated that I had to then use dry shampoo and wear my hair in a bun. There are too many superior products do not waste your money here.
