Description
When it comes to pastries, it’s hard to find a more certified classic than the blueberry muffin. When making a gluten free option, we made sure it was the same moist, incredible tasting treat we’re all used to. Krusteaz Gluten Free Blueberry Muffins are the top of the muffin game and so easy to make. Simply add milk, butter and eggs to the mix and have mouth watering blueberry muffins after baking for about 20 minutes. Krusteaz Gluten Free Blueberry Muffin Mix comes in a 15.7-ounce box—and has no artificial flavors and no artificial colors.
Directions
You will need: 1/4 cup water; 1/3 cup vegetable oil; 3 eggs.
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease pan or line muffin pan with paper baking cups. Drain and rinse blueberries in cold water; set aside.
2. Stir together water, oil, eggs and muffin mix until moistened. Gently fold drained blueberries into batter. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
3. Bake as directed below or until light golden brown around edges. Cool 5 minutes; gently loosen and remove from pan. Store cooled muffins in tightly covered container. To make 12 standard muffins, bake 14-16 minutes at 400 degrees F. To make 24 mini muffins, bake 11-13 minutes at 400 degrees F.
High Altitude (over 5,000 feet): prepare as directed, adding 2 tablespoons cornstarch and an additional 1 tablespoon water.

These are, by far, the best gluten free muffin option that I've found. They made me do a happy dance. Since going gf, I've really missed blueberry muffins. I'd love for Krusteaz to create a 'cake donut' option.

I have never been able to find a gluten-free mix that comes out so similar to what I remember the gluten version being! These muffins are light, fluffy, and moist, just as I remember blueberry muffins as a kid! They tend to be more expensive so I stock up while they are on sale, but worth every penny!

All my kids love them but I omit the blueberries and I add chocolate chips. Follow the recipe the same with the chips instead of blueberries. Use the blueberries for another recipe.

After recently having to go gluten free, and having had both gluten-containing muffin mixes and this, I would recommend this mix as a fantastic muffin mix choice for those seeking to enjoy muffins. The muffins have a soft but not too spongy texture, a wonderful scent, stay good for at least a few days after, and are easy to make. They are also a good value, not costing too much more than regular mixes and also yield ~16-17 decent-sized muffins per box. Best of all, the taste does not at all suggest a gluten-free product trying to mimic a taste, but rather tastes great on its own. Even members of my family who are not gluten-sensitive enjoy these, and I would choose these over any other muffin mix, gluten-free or not.
If you are gluten free buy these!

This is a box mix to make your own blueberry muffins at home. It's a mix that you add milk, butter and an egg to the powder mix. It also comes with a can of blueberries so it's not tiny pieces of dehydrated blueberry. They taste so good, you wouldn't even know they are gluten free. My gluten eating husband likes them so much he doesn't bother getting his own gluten ones separately any more, he just eats these with me. Both myself and my daughter are gluten intolerant, coming from a family of celiacs and it is so hard to find tasty gluten free options. These are moist, just the right amount of sweet with the blueberries in a nice amount, they are not stingy. They do not fall apart, crumble, like some things we have tried. Highly recommend if you are gluten free and are missing blueberry muffins!

didn’t love these muffins. i have a friend who’s gf so i made these, and i found them bland. they had little flavor, did not rise much, and did not have enough blueberries for the whole batch. too eggy, would not buy again.

This reminds me of childhood, but I feel they are slightly too sweet. I add a tiny bit of butter to the middle of a warm muffin to cut the sweet. Also- they puff up! Many of my muffins overflowed (user error, though).

I loved their blueberry muffin mix before I was gluten free.Then I was diagnosed with Celiac. I was so excited when I found this mix. This mix is AMAZING. I am so happy they make a gluten free version and that it tastes so good. My niece (who is not gf) said these were the best blueberry muffins she's had.

Easy and delicious gluten-free muffins. They consistently come out tasting great. You can add almond flavoring and slivered almonds to the top to change the flavor or add orange peel or lemon peel. Making me at home and they don’t last long.

My husband and I love these muffins, but I've noticed that the website now has you adding water and oil rather than milk and melted butter. I don't know how that's going to affect the taste or texture. Using the old formula, I replace some of the milk with the water drained from the blueberries, and I don't rinse them it makes the muffins an odd color, but gives them even more blueberry goodness.
