These were a gift for my girlfriend. She already had one but wanted a variety of knives. They cut great! They’re sharp and ergonomic. The family loves the color coded component too. Easy to grab the knife you’re looking for quickly. I also bought her a bread maker for Xmas. So the bread knife is getting a lot of fun and delicious use as well.
