these are very well made and great to walk my two labs with.

No match for a 10-month-old Italian Greyhound's teeth. I left it clipped to her crate, she pulled it in, and almost chewed it in two. Sorry, I didn't have it long enough to really notice anything else.

Quality leash. However, since the last model, they’ve changed the handle option to not be as comfortable. Clips are high quality and strong. Ability to choose different lengths is very helpful. Has random metal clip that is not very useful and difficult to remove.

I've been using Quantum leashes for my two dogs for about 6 years at this point. They've been great for running and walking especially with two dogs. I do however prefer version 1. I had to replace one of my old leashes last week and bought version 2. There are two features that I do not like on this one, the clasp and bag holder. The old clasp was bigger and quicker to clip. It also had a bottle opener section that I used to hook my poop bag holder, keys and already open bags so they're ready to go on cold days while I'm wearing gloves. I do appreciate the thoughtfulness of the used poop bag clip added on but it just digs into my back and I typically carry my bags by hand for easy disposal. Overall, I prefer version 1 but I'll still be using this leash.

Kurgo used to make great stuff. Then venture capital came calling and accountants started designing the stuff using Microsoft Excel focusing on margin only. Net result is Chinese made crap being sold for high prices, and accountants all get big bonuses. Stay away, nothing like it used to be. Sad the whole world is being ruined by focus on anything but the actual quality of the product in companies run by clueless greedy people.

I really love this invention that allows different walkers to easily change out leash and readjust it in seconds. But the sharp, molten thread ends snag my clothes and skin. There's got to be a different way to assemble this otherwise brilliant leash!

It is always better to improve a product rather than make it cheaper and less useful. I have bought Kurgo over the years because of the quality. In fact, my old quantum leash is in good working shape, just starting to look rough after very heavy use. When I opened the new one I thought I ordered the wrong thing or that it was a knock-off. The clasps are cheap, hard to use, there's no handle, and what is that useless buckle with the bungee strap? I am also very petite and this doesn't provide enough lead if you put it around your shoulder- just get a normal leash at that point. In summary, don't waste your money.

After nearly 4 years of at least twice daily use, our first leash started to fall apart - both clips broke. But even though we could get a replacement under warranty, I was happy to buy another. I think we got our money's worth and it's such a great product.

I re-bought this leash after having one for almost 3 years that the harness clip broke (the head came away from the loop.) When I received the new one, I saw there is a lifetime warranty on these leashes. Is it possible to still have the old leash repaired so I can use both?

Awful craftsmanship!! It's covered in loops and they didn't do the work to trip the seems on the loops, so it's covered in little sharp points.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They say this leash can be used in so many different ways but it can be a bit confusing for the first few times. There are loops and connectors just about everywhere that allow the many configurations. After a while I got the hang of it and it has been quite convenient. The material is thick and strong so it can handle bigger dogs. Everything appears well made too. I have found a couple configurations that work best for me and have stuck with them.

It's comfortable in my hand, even when my dog pulls. I was also able to use it hands free, adjusting the leash around my waist. It's lightweight but still strong, I am confident that it will hold up well. It's adjustable so I was able to reduce the lead length when we were walking through a crowd at the park. It would have been easy to attached to a harness if we needed to. This has replaced my regular leash

The Quantum Leash is absolutely amazing and extremely versatile! In addition to it working as a standard 6 ft leash, it can be shortened for training, as well as using hands-free either around the waist or crossbody. My prior one only had one clip so it would often slide from my waist whereas this one is fully adjustable using a ladder style of nylon gear loops which also works perfectly for clipping my baggie dispenser for waste as well as my keys. It can also be used as a stationary tether when taking a break in addition to a leash system for 2 dogs. My furry companion is 65lbs and full energy and I have zero concerns about the strength and durability as it's extremely well-constructed! I am absolutely thrilled with the Quantum 6 in 1 leash, haven't discovered any cons and 100 percent recommend it!

I think you could also do it to walk multiple dogs if I'm not mistaken! I haven't tried that one yet. It wasn't to hard to figure out! It's very very well made! The material is super strong! I have a almost 100 pound pit bull and it keeps up with him! I would highly recommend it to every dog owner!

Love the quality and versatility of this 6 way leash. I also like that it is reflective so it lights up when a flashlight or headlight shines on it. My one and only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because the clasp gets hung up on the material due to the shape of the opening, making a quick adjustment slightly bothersome, especially with gloves on. Other than that minor issue, I love the leash and have 2 of them and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a leash. It's a much better option than just a regular leash because you can wear it and use it in so many different ways!
