This L-Histidine has 600 mg dose which is well-tolerated and normally safe. The capsule size is average with serving size of 1 capsule daily which made it easy to implement to my routine. The most noticeable result I experience after using it for more than a month is less joint pain after being active. So far I like how I’ve been feeling and have not experience any side effects.
